One of my customer plans to use TS5A3166 and there is a question about possible operation mode. Can this device held impulse with following parameters or it will be damaged: amplitude from -0.6V to -9V (negative voltage relative to ground), duration is from 200 μs to 1ms, current is less than 100mA. There is a schematics below. Impulse is applied to pin (1).

The TS5A3166 does not support negative voltage on the signal path - -0.6V to -9V will be operating outside the absolute maximum conditions (even for a short duration) that can damage the device.
In similar configuration, you can look at the TS12A4516/7 that supports negative signals.
