Our customer is looking for the  thermal information [Theta Jb, Theta Jc (Top) etc] for the SN74CB3T3257DGVR  (DGV package).

    We don't have this information on file but i'm putting in a request now for you and will update you as soon as possible. Typically this process can take up to 2 weeks. 
    However, in this meantime if this is going to limit progress on a project here are some similar devices, 1 in the same configuration (SN74CB3Q3257) and 1 from same -CB3T family (SN74CB3T3125), in the same package that can give them a ballpark range so they can work with some numbers:

    I did some more digging and it looks like we had this information in our database, under it's old part name. Below is the thermal information you requested:

    Theta JA 121.1
    Theta JC (Top) 46.8
    Theta JB 52.7
    Psi JT 4.6
    Psi JB 52.2
