The EE characteristic only shows VIH/VIL for VCC= 2V, 4.5V and 6V.
How about VIH(min) and VIL(max) @ VCC= 3.3V?

Thanks for your question. Please see the link to the FAQ that Clemens provided to learn about how to use linear interpolation to estimate specifications.

I would also like to point out that if you are not using CD74HC4052 for dual supplies, you may want to consider using the new TMUX1309 instead. TMUX1309 has 1.8V compatible control inputs.
