Dear team,
My customer are trying to use SN74LVC2G66YZPR at their application. but they found temp rage of this device is up to 85 degree.
They want to use 1:1 SPST and 2ch device with the smallest package and high temp range(-40~125)
I found SN74LVC2G66-Q1 with 125 degree temp range but this device has only VSSOP package. This package is not enough to design customer application.
Would you recommend proper device with smallest package (BGA, X2SON and etc) and 125 degree temp range? let me know your opinion.
