My customer is currently looking at some SDIO 3.0 (up to 208MHz for SDR104) Multiplexing solutions. Our TS3A27518E might fit the bill but not sure about BW - can you please confirm?
If not, can you help in recommending a more suitable part?

I did a quick check on the SDIO standard mentioned (SDR104) and pulled this snippet to confirm the BW required at the specific voltage level (circled in blue):

As for our solution, TS3A27518E, assuming BW at 1.8V is the only concern your customer has, then yes, according the snippet from the TS3A27518E datasheet, you should be fine, with a about 30MHz to spare (highlighted):
