TMUX136: TI Cross for RF switch

Hi again Adam,

I am looking for a TI cross for a "RF" Switch, the AS179-92LF, which I read in the E2E thread below we don't have an exact match for..

Is the TMUX136 still the best/closest TI part to position for a RF switch alternative to a part like the AS179-92LF?

Olivia,

You are correct the Skyworks part is on a GaAs process and can handle mux more power than the TMUX136 CMOS process. The TMUX136 device is a good high-speed switch for low power (<20dBm) high speed (6 GHz) applications.
