Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMUX6121
In a new design, I need to reduce the off-state leakage as much as possible. The TMUX61xx family looks pretty good. I am actually planning to use the TMUX6121, but that PN was not recognized when I created this thread.
In the datasheet, leakage is given for dual supplies of +/-15V with 20V across the switch. In my application, I will have dual supplies of +/-5 with 2.5V across the switch, 0V on one side, 2.5V on the other.
Can I expect lower leakage in my application? How much lower?
Also, the datasheet doesn't give on-resistance for +/-5V supplies. I can see from the graphs that on-resistance increases as power supply voltage decreases. Can you tell me something about what my on-resistance will be? When the switch is closed, both drain and source will be at 0V.
