i would like to verify the allowable operating frequency for this device. Is it possible to have this device operate at low frequency which are as low as to DC source frequency? What are the potential implications if going lower then recommended operating frequency?

This device is a passive FET switch and can be thought about as an RC low pass filter that is due to the series on-state resistance and parallel capacitance. You can see in the graph below there is little attenuation at 0Hz and greater attenuation of the signal as your signal frequency increases. We recommend the operating frequency to be between 0 Hz and 6 GHz which is -3dB below the insertion loss.
If you are operating this device with DC voltage make sure not to exceed the recommended current rating (+/-20mA) that passes through the switch.
