TS5A23157: What is Ron at V+=1.8V?

I used the part as a relay for DC measurement. The lower Ron the better. Datasheet features claims it have "Low ON-State Resistance (15 ohm at 125C)". But the spec at V+=1.8V shows max of 180ohm (huge! Is it right?) and no typical value. Ron should be around 9 ohm based on my measurement. I need a confirmation. Thanks, Cindy.

Hi Cindy,

please have a look at page 10 in Datasheet. Depending on the Vcom, ron could go up to 120 ohm typically.

But as your Vcom is likely much higher than 1.25V, ron is much lower, as you have measured.

Thanks for your quick reply. Actually my Vcom is very low (<0.2V) so Ron is close to 10 ohm, exactly as expected.
