Dear TI Team,

I am using PCA9306DCTR for one of project.

I want to know weather this package is comply to Wave soldering ( flow soldering) process.

Kindly provide related document or suggestion.

    Hello,

    While the device has not undergone any qualification specifically related to wave soldering to my knowledge, different surface mount soldering techniques should be supported as long as the temperature profile remains within the recommendations per the MSL/peak temperature rating. (This can be found in the orderable device table at the end of the datasheet.)

    Max
