CCS 10.1.1 installation error

there download CCS10.1.1 from TI website(www.ti.com/.../CCSTUDIO, the demo case was built failed and found the failure related to user's access. CCS have to run with "admin" access which is restricted by company's IT.

After looking by IT, they found the exactable application (ccstudio.exe) wasn't digital signed, although installation package is digital signed. Could i get TI's help to understand, whether this is a known issue? Whether TI could have ccstudio.exe to be signed and released or there do have signed version in latest release?

I haven't heard such issues on Windows 10.

Was CCS installed as an administrator?

Can you zip up all the logs in <CCS INSTALL DIR>\ccs\install_logs and attach to this thread?

not as admin who have full permissions. It is installed as an advanced user and this is our IT policy. When IT help to hunt the issue, they told me, the executable file hasn't digital signature that's why it failed running as an advanced user.
