Sometimes CCS has a long delay between compilation and launching debug/flashing the MCU. The progress bar hangs at 95% for upwards of 20 seconds with no apparent reason.
Doesn't happen every time, but once it starts happening, it continues to happen for a while. System restart sometimes removes the delay.

Hello,
Assuming you are on Windows, can you zip up the following folder:
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Texas Instruments\CCS\ccs1100\0\dmp
And attach it to this thread?
Also try some of the troubleshooting tips in:
https://software-dl.ti.com/ccs/esd/documents/users_guide/index_troubleshooting.html
Specifically 9.4.2, 9.4.3, 9.7.3, 9.7.4, 9.7.5
Thanks

Hello, Ki.
Could that memory dump contain proprietary information? I'd prefer to direct message it to you if so.
Looking at the troubleshooting guide now.
Thanks,
Nick
I could have some path information and maybe names of source files. Feel free to start a private E2E conversation and attach it there.
Thanks

This issue was resolved off-line.
For those following this thread, the issue was related to the XDS debug probe connected to a USB hub (without separate power). Some USB hubs can impact reliability of XDS debug probes. In those cases, it is recommend to connect the probe directly to the computer.
