Unable to install ccs 5.2.1.00018

When attempting to install ccs 5.2 I receive the error "One or more features were not installed correctly. Please look at the log c:/Program Files /InstallJammerRegistry/........" No matter what method I choose to perform the installation I always receive the above error. Various ways I've attempted to install the application: (1) remove version 5.1.1 first, (2) install on a computer that never had an installation of ccs, (3) install on a computer with v5.1.1.1 but install v5.2 in a different folder. Any assistance is much appreciated.

Hi,

could you please send us the installjammer registry contents? Have you tried redownloading?

Sorry I meant to also write the installjammer registry directory will be under program files or program files (x86).

Hi Lisa,

Here's the log file. I forgot to mention I'm installing ccs under Windows XP. I did not re-download ccs. In all of my attempts I used the same downloaded files.

Hi,

could you please do an md5 checksum on the downloaded zip file? You could also try downloading again. From the logs it looks like the installer had a problem with the emulation extraction.
