TMS320F28069 Experimenter Kit Target XDS100v1 Emulator DLL Missing

I build the FlashingLeds-F28069 example project using CCS5.3.0.00090 version installed on Windows XP win32. During downloading this image to control card F28069 of the experimenter Kit.I am getting the following error:

C28xx: Error connecting to the target: (Error -600 @ 0x0) A required dynamic library could not be located. The library isn't on the search path. (Emulation package 5.0.872.0)

The FTDI driver under .../Emulation/windows/xds100_drivers/ftdi/i386 folder shows the following DLLs.

ftbusui.dll-ftcserco.dll-ftd2xx.dll-ftlan.dll and ftserui.dll .It also shows the following LIB:

ftd2xx

and the following system files:

ftdibus-ftser2k

I do not know what am I missing? I also tried to test my target configuration- and I get the same error during test also. Looks like an DLL is missing.
