CCS5_3 license rehosting

Hello,

I am changing PC for the second time this year and I want to Re-Host my license for CCS5.3. The last time I found the option on the "Manage Activated Software" page but now the option is not there. Is there a maximum number of times we can re-host?  What can I do, I need a license because I use an XDS510 emulator.
