CCS 5.5 License terms for Stellaris and Tiva *_startup_ccs.c source files

Chester I can look into why we use that license vs BSD.

I had thought that we had just taken this file as is from TivaWare so we went back and took a look at the files in TivaWare and StellarisWare and both have the identical license block as what is in the file in CCS.  Can you send me the file that you have that uses a different license?

The TivaWare 1.1 examples\project\readme.txt explains the reason for the different license for examples\project (compared to the source code for the other TivaWare examples):

Simple Project

A very simple example that can be used as a starting point for more complex
projects.  Most notably, this project is fully TI BSD licensed, so any and
all of the code (including the startup code) can be used as allowed by that
license.
