Installation ccs v5.5 failed

Hi,

I deinstalled ccs5.1 and installed 5.5 and this failed. I have attached the zip file of the install jammers registry as advised by the message when the update failed.

Could you please help me in this case?

Hi Andrea,

It looks like the uninstall of 5.1 was unsuccessful and didn't delete all files from the installation folder. Can you delete all files and try again?

Hi Danish,

I tried this more than once :-(

Now I took an older image of the pc with only CCSv3.3 installed. But installation of CCS5.5 failed again.

Do you have an idea?

Hi Andrea,

It looks like the debugserver failed to install correctly. Can you zip up the ccsv5/install_logs folder, and post it, please?
