CCSv6: Unable to upgrade CCSv5 to CCSv6

Hi 

I followed these steps:

log in, select "myRegistered Software", then select "Manage Activated Software" tab, click on the "Manage" button (note, my "Registration Status" is "Active"), then select "Upgrade - Get a New License". Then I selected "TMDSCCS-ALLN01-v6". Then selected "Next". I selected "I agree" with the terms and conditions, but I get the error below when I select "Next"

I'm using Chrome.
