I am using CCS 5.5.0.00077 with a Spectrum Digital XDS560V2 STM LAN emulator. My target contains a 66AK2H12. I can connect to all the DSP C66xx and ARM 15 cores. I am able to access memory using the memory browser from each core's view as expected as long as the address is 32-bit. I would like to verify DDR3A. When I enter the 40-bit address from the ARM core connection, a dialog pops up indicating that the address is out of range.
Is it possible to make 36-bit or 40-bit accesses from the memory browser?
Matt,
I did you try switching to the physical memory view ( from the chip icon in the memory browser toolbar ). I think device might have 32 bit virtual memory but 40 bit physical memory. I don't have the device on hand to try this out.

No, I did not see that. When I switched to physical memory view, I am able to enter the 36-bit and 40-bit addresses.
Thanks.
