Can't Initialize Target CPU

Hello,

I'm working on Tms320c6678, CCS 5.5v. The build is successful , but when I click on De bug icon I encountered the following error "Can't Initialize Target CPU". This error had never occurred before today. There's no manipulation done on the code, in this regard the code was had no issues previously.

I've gone through the posts that talk about the same error but was of not much use. Kindly help me fix this.

Hi Swati,

Has your target configuration been switched? else replace the current target configuration file with a new one.

I've made sure that I'm working on the right target configuration. I've already created new one and tried but no improvement.

Swati, try cleaning the workspace or swich to a new workspace. Let me know what you observe.
