CCSv4 on Win10 issue

Hi ,

My ctm report an issue occurs when using CCSv4 on win10. Could you take a look.  I already advice them to use CCSv6 on win10 or lower windows versions.

    Hi Eason,
    The first version of CCS that will officially support Windows 10 is CCSv6.2. CCSv4 is very old and does not even officially support Windows 8. I have gotten CCSv6.1.0 to work with Windows 10 preview version so it is strongly recommend that the customer move to CCSv6 at least.
