Code Composer version 5 not compatible with Microsoft 10 enterprise

Hello,

I'm having some issues with installing code composer version 5 on my operating system which contains windows 10 enterprise. While downloading code composer version 5  I received an alert saying that there was a compatibility issue. CCS6 doesn't seem to have support packages for the Embedded systems suite found in Simulink. This suite allows program blocks to be downloaded to DSP.CCS5 has the files/packages to support Simulink embedded systems suit though.

    Hi,

    Officially no CCS release was tested on Windows 10, let alone CCSv5. In this case, I would simply skip the initial alert and try to install it anyways, as its install does not add any components to the Windows registry and therefore does not create potential OS-level disruptions.

    One additional note is regarding the low-level JTAG device drivers; this is the only component that "touches" hardware and may malfunction in this OS. However, the latest JTAG drivers software component (accessible via the menu Help --> Check for updates) is fully compatible with CCSv5.5 and it works well on my CCSv6.x installs under Windows 10.
