Code Composer Studio 3.3

hello

we are two students from KIT and work with the DSK6713 development board. We figured out, that MATLAB R2010a is not able to communicate with Code Composer Studio 4 but only with Code Composer 3.3. So, as we have a licence for Code Composer Studio (limited licence for the dsk development board), we want to ask if someone has Code Composer 3.3 software and can provide it.
