Tool/software: Code Composer Studio
hello everyone,
I am using code composer Studio 5.3 version to control the third party designed TMS320f28335. I am a beginner to Code Composer, when I started with blinking LED program it was working. Now I am trying to control the ADC. I am getting a flash error. I referred many threads here none of them helped. I think my problem is with the target configuration. I tried ADCSOC control suite examples I am getting following errors. I am posting my JTAG test results.
[Start]
Execute the command:
%ccs_base%/common/uscif/dbgjtag -f %boarddatafile% -rv -o -F inform,logfile=yes -S pathlength -S integrity

And this is one of the errors i am getting
C28xx: Flash Programmer: Warning: The configured device (TMS320F28335), does not match the detected device (). Flash Programming operations could be affected. Please consider modifying your target configuration file.
I also tried bypassing using advanced target configuration too. i am sure my board is not depleted. Because every time i get flash error i go back and try led blinking it is working. i am completely lost and confused. will be great if someone helped. 28335.pdfF28335.pdf
Thanks in advance.
hello,
First of all thank you so much for replying me. I tried adding target configurations manually but
I tried adding target configurations manually but It still did not work. And also I looked into those links before. I have already fried up my first board and I don't want to repeat the mistake. I even tried uniflash even that was no go. I changed the XDS100v2 emulator and the board and tried again and it did not work. I am doing something wrong. I thought the board is not getting enough voltage for flash, but i have connected it with 5VDC.
Thank you!!!
Thanks again for your reply!!
And apologies for the late reply. I was out of town. I will look into all the threads that you have attached. I will try them.
Thanks again!
