CCS/TMS320C6670: How to updated compiler version “C6000v7.4” to the “CCS version 5.1.1.00031”.

Hi Sir,

My application running on TCI6670 EVM board, I am trying to access the FFTC example code getting error shown below.

I am using CCS version “ 5.1.1.00031” when I am importing FFTC example project, getting an error message

 “  Error: Import failed for project 'FFTC_MultiInst_testProject' because its compiler definition is not available. Please install the C6000v7.4 compiler before importing this project.”

I have tried updating the CCS compiler version to “C6000v7.4”, While updating the compiler version following error message getting,

“An error occurred while collecting items to be installed

session context was:(profile=epp.package.cpp, phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.engine.phases.Collect, operand=, action=).

Problems downloading artifact: org.eclipse.update.feature,com.ti.cgt.c2000.6.0.win32,6.0.6.

Please let me know what are the setups to be followed to update the complier version to run the FFTC example code, I am waiting for reply,

    Try the following:

    Go to menu Help->Install New Software, and select "Code Generation Tools Updates" in the Work with drop-down list. 
    Expand TI Compiler Updates and find the C6000 Compiler Tools version 7.4 from the list. 
    Select only that version and proceed with the installation.

    Let us know if that helps.

    Did you select only the checkbox for C6000 compiler tools version 7.4 to be installed?

    Try following the steps listed under step 5 in this page and see if that helps.

    If that still fails, you can still install the compiler from outside of CCS. See this page, and specifically follow these steps:

    Install compiler tools using a separate stand-alone installer (download from this page) or use an exisiting installation of compiler tools 
    In this case, CCS can be made to detect it by:
