CCS/TMS320VC5509A: How to burn hex file programs

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

we have several programs we run on the 5509a device.

Right now we are using windows xp - ccs v3 - flashburn utility to burn the hex file.

(with xds510 usb / xds560v2 jtag).

1. How can this be done with windows 7 - ccs v7?

2. Is there a way to do this with out opening the ccs?

using ccs is not so simple for production.
