Errors when using XDS510USB emulator

I'm running CCSv4.1.3  ..I get the below error when trying to debug code using XDS510USB ...

C28xx: AutoRun: Target not run as breakpoint could not be set: Error programming AET job:  Register write failed

    Dorian,

    Can you check that you do not have Real-time mode enabled prior to loading code? This option should be under Debug Properties->Target tab, under Realtime Options. Make sure 'Enable Silicon real-time mode" is disabled before you do 'Debug active project'.

    Under "Program/Memory Load Options" what all do you have enabled?

    Did you update your Spectrum Digital drivers to the latest version?

    At what point does this error happen- before it even gets to main?
