CCS: CCS v6 Install fails due to anti-virus or corrupted download

I am trying to install CCS v6 (ccs_setup_6.2.0.00050.exe) I have installed from this download on two other computers previously. Now I am getting an error for anti-virus or corrupted download. Install log files zip attached.

Hi Donald,
Are you using the web installer or off-line installer? The former is no longer supported.

I believe it is an offline installer. I am running ccs_setup_6.2.0.00050.exe. I see it only a 15MB file, so maybe it is web based, but it doesn't feel like a web based installer.

If that is the only file in the directory, then it is the web installer. The full installer would have that file and a bunch of other dependent files/directories:

The full installer would be downloaded as a big zip of roughly 800MB.

I guess I was using the web installer. I downloaded the offline installer and it worked fine.
