CCS/MSP430FR2433: CCS Installation stops with "An error occured"

CCS/IWR1443BOOST: Error when downloading CCS 7.4 for windows.

Greetings TI team,

I am trying to download CCS 7.4 for windows from http://software-dl.ti.com/ra-processors/esd/MMWAVE-SDK/latest/index_FDS.html but it returns an error message a few seconds into downloading. I have attached the error message here. I have disabled all antivirus in my laptop and it did pass the initial check for any anti-virus software. The error report was automatically sent to TI and the reference number is 190968.   

 

This is what I have in the ti "ccsv7 install logs" folder. Is there anything that needs to be removed before downloading again?

Please help me download this, I would really appreciate it.
