CCS: CCS Solution Adapter will not start (similar issue)

Hello,

I have experienced the exact same issue as documented in https://e2e.ti.com/support/tools/ccs/f/81/t/830492, however, my 'localhost:8765' showed different results.

As in the previous post, I followed the Troubleshooting guide as shown below:

Okay. So I started digging a little deeper into the issue and realized the "select options" page simply imports the desired project into a workspace. As a workaround, I simply found the location of eval board CCS project (under C2000 examples) and manually imported the project into CCS.

It appears I was successful in this as the major GUI features are working within the imported project (see https://imgur.com/a/4tGbGTn
