CCS/TMS570LS0332: CCS8.3.1 installation issues

Hi,

My customer is trying to install CCS8 in Windows7 PC and got below errors.

1) Please apply the latest Windows Updates and verify that KB3033929 is installed
Customer confirmed the patch is applied on the PC, but it still remains.


2) An error occurred : Couldn’t find an eclipse executable.

I found similar issue in below thread.

In that thread, deleting the contents of the installation folder solved the issue, but it does not work for my customer.
(customer installed CCS7 before)

Other information:
- Customer is using offline installer : CCS8.3.1.00004_win32.zip
- MD5 hash data are correct
- Customer also tried to install CCS without connecting network, but it does not help.

Is there any point to check?
