Hi,
I am using the C55xx Rev3.0 CPU Cycle Accurate Simulator/TMS320C55x - TMS320C55xx (Simulator) - Code Composer Studio. I have a question regarding the Compiler Build Option: Optimize for Speed (-mf). I wanted to know what this option does and what do the values for it (No,0,1,2,3,4,5) signify.
Thanks,
Divya
Divya,
Please refer to the compiler user's guide for details.

Hello Peter,
Thank you for the reply. I am unable to find the option -mf in the compiler user's guide.
Thanks,
Divya
Does this link also apply to the C2000 compiler? I am using CCS V4.2.3 with F28335 on custom target, and cannot find any explanations for -mf optimization option.
Thanks!
