Hi, I am getting this error when installing CCS9.3 via web based installer, does anyone have an idea on what is going on?

It is still broken.

How are you uploading the image? You need to use the "Insert/Edit Media" button instead of copy & paste.

Some kind of permissions issue on the server. Interesting. I'll need to investigate further.

In the meantime, I would suggest using the full off-line installer as a workaround.
