CCSv5 - CCS Build Device Variant setting

Hi,

There are two ways to set the project device variant, one is working and the second one not - 8231.Device Variant.doc

1 - working -

        project properties -> CCS Build -> Device Variant

2 - Not working - 

       project Show Build settings -> CCS Build -> Device Variant, after changing and Apply the Device Variant are going back to the old settings (Please check the attached file),
