I did not find RETNOP instruction in spru732, could someone suggest which document can find this instruction's description? Thanks a lot!

It's just a pseudo-operation; it's really BNOP. The compiler uses RETNOP to emphasize that it's being used as a function return.

one more question, is there any different that compiler result for RETNOP and BNOP since the RETNOP is used as a function return?

It's strictly a cosmetic difference. RETNOP is actually BNOP, so they behave identically.
