You can run it under a Windows emulator or virtual machine. I do both on my MacBook Pro.
TINA runs great under CrossOver, which is nice because you don't even need a Windows license to use it.
Any of the virtual machine solutions work as well, such as VMWare or Parallels. I personally use VirtualBox.
