The features similar to the PMP30046.
2.Can the PMP30046 be connected in parallel?
Ex.
Each module 50W.
Parallel 2 module 100W.
Parallel 4 module 200W.

Hello Mike, so let's assume your capacitor voltage is 28V and the buck works down to 14V input;
this allows the capacitor voltage to drop from 28V to 14V, so du = 14V;
output power is 192W, results in estimated input power 202W at 95% effcy.
The average input current results in 9.6A at 21V input - so we can do a quick estimation:
Q = C x U = I x t, results in C = I x t / U, here C = I(avg) x t(hold up) / du = 9.6A x 30ms / 7V;
so you need a capacitor bank of 41mF; capacitor tolerance is +/-20%, so go for 50.000uF;
the voltage rating should be 35V for your bank. Best regards, Bernd
