TIDA-00394: Calculation of capacitor

Hi,

i tried to calculate the t_en time, which is needed to calculate the output capacitor, but the formula provided in the "TI Design: TIDA-00394
Dual Power Path Multiplexer Reference Design" on page 6 wants the ln() of a negtive value, when -2*V_th / V_sec is smaller than 1.

Even when I try to use the values of the reference design, i have to calculate : ln( ( -2*(-3V) / 12V) -1 ) which is impossible, because ln() is only defined for positive values.

    Hi Jens,

    This question must of fallen through the cracks. I have just saw this and am working on solving this issue. I have contacted the designer and am working to see if we can resolve this.

    This question is based on finding the value of Ten. I will keep you updated on what I can find but the equation is incorrect.
