PSPICE-FOR-TI: LIBRARY_NAME.liberrorLog access rights to folder cause pSPICE-for-TI to crash

Part Number: PSPICE-FOR-TI
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: INA2126

Hi,

We are using pspice-for-TI concurrently with the CADENCE original software. We are also using in our projects custom made/third party SPICE libraries (.lib and .OLB) and we are storing them on a shared disk protected from writing (for safety reasons).

Apparently that clashes with pSPICE-for-TI that wants to write a LIBRARY_NAME.liberrorlog log file in that spot saying that he didn't find the signature (I suppose TI components signatures).

Is there any way to prevent that or are we forced to backup all shared libraries on a local hard drive with all access granted each time we switch to pSPICE-for-TI?

Thx in advance for your help,

Claudio
