TIDM-1020: Use the CSS can not import the project

when i use CSS import TIDM1020_wifi_thermostat_3.0 the CSS display the following message:

Hi,

The project you are trying to import is not included in the latest SDK.

TIDM1020 is an older demo, but you can find the correct version of the SDK that you need to download from the project properties in CCS.

The TIDM1020 reference design guide says it requires version 2.10.0.4
