Hi team,
Here I had a customer that use PSPICE-FOR-TI and have a error message (ORCAP-15098)
They download ONsemi 2N7002T.lib and click tool--> generate part then generate a F2N7002T (NMOS) and insert to the schematic, here is the error message.
They had download BC847B.lib and click tool-->generate part then insert to the schematic, this simulation is OK.
Do we have something wrong?
I consulted before, but the problem still hasn't been solved

This behavior is expected. Please follow this FAQ:
If this comes from a TI model, please make a request to get it fixed. I'll send you the instructions.

Customer still facing the issue. When I run the model snvmbv9f in PSpice for TI, The output is not getting as per schematic.
Also schematic takes soo much time to run the simulation
