TIDA-010054: LMZ31707RVQR why is AGND connected to PGND

Thanks for your question.
In general your point is valid. For best performance it would be necessary to split the AGND and PGND.
In case of the TIDA-010054 this was not done. Testing showed, that the performance is still sufficient for the purpose its used on the TIDA-010054.

On your first question:
You can connect a NTC temperature senor to J37. In this case you can use a NTC instead of the TMP235.
R78 in combination with the NTC will form a voltage divider and R79 is the a RC lowpass filter together with with C94.

On the second question:
I think the VOC connection is right. I guess you had  look at the ACS732-3-KLA datasheet and not the ACS732-3-KMA.

Yes you are correct we are using the AMC1311B in the recent revision. It looks like the schematics where not updated accordingly.
