Hello,
My customer is looking for a solution and reference design that can support the following conditions.
- VIN = 12V(typ), VOUT = 0.75V~1.0V, IMAX = 205A
Could you please recommend TI's best and newest soltuions and reference design?
Thank you.

It has 12 phases for a 300A application, and I tested it at 360A steady state. See Test Report for thermal images.
For 205Amax, I would use only 8 phases. The design has CSD95480 power stages, but I would use the newer CSD95410 power stage instead.
If max current for thermal purposes is less than 205A, fewer phases would be needed. A good conservative target is 25A per phase. With 8 or fewer phases, the TPS53688 controller can be used instead.
