TIDA-050063: LTSpice TIDA-050063 does not run correctly

Part Number: TIDA-050063
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCC27517, TLV7011, TPSI3052-Q1

Hello Team,

Posting on behalf of my customer:

We are developing a precharge stage for an electric vehicle at 800 V. I use the reference design TIDA-050063 to create it.

After understanding the system's operation, I have tried to do simulations with LTSpice integrating the comparator TLV7011 and the gate drive UCC27517. So, I downloaded both Spice models. Nevertheless, the reference voltages of 5 V and 15 V are generated from voltage sources. The NMOS is a model from the LTSpice database.

The main idea is to replicate the results presented in the reference design document. Nevertheless, my results are incorrect because the PWM signal is not well generated through the proposed circuit (ActiveSSR_NoDiode.asc).

I have done several tests trying to isolate the problem. On the one hand, I tested the generation of the PWM signals without the power (ActiveSSR_PWMGeneration_DriverComparator.asc). On the other hand, I tried the power converter with a fictitious PWM signal from a PWM voltage generator (ActiveSSR_PWMGeneration.asc). Both previous tests run correctly.

I have attached the simulation models and the model of the integrated circuits to plug&play.
