Hi,
I use Tina-Ti and going to cadence Pspice for Ti
I have 2 questions
Question 1
It seem that it is impossible to import schematic from Tina-Ti to cadence Pspice for Ti.
Is there really no way ?
Question 2
I have created new project and new design
Searching for basic transistor 2n2222, bc550 etc.
There no bjt in library.
In tina-Ti the library is very full completed.
Is It possible to import Tina-Ti library directly in cadence Pspice for Ti ?
Thanks
Hi Stephane,
You cannot import TINA schematics into PSpice.
For SPICE primitives, you can use the breakout components. For BJT that's QbreakN and QbreakP.
Thanks,
JC
Thank's
For each bjt I have to create or import spice model ?
It seem strange that I can find spice model library in LtSpice, in Tina-Ti and not in Cadence Psice for Ti.
BR
Hi Stephane,
No you don't need to import them. These are SPICE primitives, e.g. all BJTs have same pin out. The provided symbol has a property for the name of the actual BJT model you use.
Please note that PSpice for TI may run in reduced signal mode with 3rd party models.

JC
