I need also the transistor counts for many TI parts to do a MTTF calculation according the Siemens SN29500 standard.

Where can I find this information?

    Hello Marco, ... as with your other post...
    For a few devices, 10 or less, you should create an individual thread for each device.
    Be sure to include the general part number GPN, which is the base device part number without package information.
    The threads will route to the correct group if you input the GPN when creating.

    For a longer list of devices, you can create a case with the Customer Support Center.
