When I statrt the Switcherpro,I got the below:

• When I confirmed."YES DOWNLOAD NOW" to My DOCUMENT file,its dessapear.and I can not load it.

When you save to "My Documents" the save save dialog closes and initiates a background download process. The status of download will display on the task bar at the bottom of the application

Once the download is complete you will see a 100% and then you will see a popup asking you to "Install Now".

You can also go to www.ti.com/switcherpro and download the latest version yourself.

I got the "downloaded 100%",but I did not get the "install now" popup.

Should I redownloaded the switcherpro again?
