Hello, 

This component LM62460QRPHRQ1 isn't available right now :

can I replace it by this one LM62460Q3RPHRQ1 and without modofiying my pcb.

    Hi Amine,

    The part used in the reference design (LM62460QRPHRQ1) is an adjustable output version.  In the design, it is set for an output of 3.3V.  You can substitute the fixed 3.3V version (LM62460Q3RPHRQ1), if you change the feedback network to account for this change. Since the 3.3V part needs to be directly connected to the FB pin, change R63 to zero ohms.  See data sheet section 9.2.
