Hi all
what is "ERROR(ORPSIM-16295): Invalid Expression: Specify either current(I) or voltage(V) or digital(D)." I am trying to simulate the Worst-case/Sensitivity cases.

Hey Mohamed,
Can you share your simulation file so that I can debug on my end?
Thanks,
Caleb
Hey Mohamed,
I've compared your model setup to the one that is available on the product page. Did you use the original model and then make edits to the circuit? I would take the model and make incremental changes until you figure out what is creating the error. Have you had the model work before?
Thanks,
Caleb
Hello Calbe,
Yes i've just edit the circuit from the Webench and it shows me the same error when I try to simulate both of monti-caarlo or worst cases.
Thank you
Hey Mohamed,
That means that there's something wrong with the setup of your circuit when you transferred over the design from WEBENCH to PSPICE. I would make incremental changes and run the simulation each time you make a change so you can isolate the source of the error.
Thanks,
Caleb
Hello Caleb,
As I mentioned earlier, the issue only arises when I'm attempting a Monte Carlo or worst-case simulation. I encountered the problem even when simulating the project directly from WEBENCH without any edits.
Thank you.
Hey Mohamed,
It looks like you have your Monte Carlo Output Variable set up wrong. In your case, Output Variable should be "V(VOUT)" not "VOUT".
Thanks,
Caleb
