PSPICE-FOR-TI: PSPICE install error code [LMC-02955]

HI Teams 

I get a problem with installing PSPICE for TI tool....

Laptop borken and reinstall the Windows11. 

I use my account reinstall the tool and stock in finall step every time. waiting more than 1 hour and process just idle....

[BTW] The backup latop only 3 min can success this process...... I can also provide the normall install log for you.

"Starting process: D:\Cadence\PSpiceTI\tools\bin\orLibraryDownLoad.exe with argument: -mode full_install"

shows the error code :
